CHICKEN PAKODA RECIPE:-

Content:


  1. 500 gm chicken.( Small pieces , with bones )
  2. Chopped coriander.( 2 tbsp)
  3. Chopped carry leaves .( 2 tbsp)
  4. Gram flour ( besan) .(3/4 cup)
  5. Rice flour.(2tbsp)
  6. Lemon juice.(2 tsp)
  7. Ginger garlic paste. (1 tsp )
  8. Chilli powder.(2tsp)
  9. Cumin powder.(1/2 tisp)
 10.Garamsala.(3/4 tsp)



  • Tasty and easy chicken pakoda banane ke liye pahle ek gamle main 500 gram small pieces boneless chicken lena hai uske bad Swad anusar salt dena hai or Ginger paste, lemon juice, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder, chopped kya huacoriander, chopped kya hua carry leaves, gram flower (besan), rice powder yah sab dene ke bad usmein 1tbsp oil or 4 tbsp water add kijiye sab kuchh ek sath dene ke bad 1 se 2 minute acche se a mix kijiye uske bad 2 ghanta usko freeze may merit hone ke liye chhod dijiye.
  • After 2 hours usko freeze se bahar nikal lijiye. Ek pan mein oil dena hai aur usko acche Tarika se a hit karna hai . Uske bad marinate kya hua chicken ek ek karke oil may chhodana hai .oven ko medium rakhna hai andar Tak acchi tarike se pakane ke liye ke liye agar aap overheat hit do gay to acchi tarike se nahin hoga. Medium heat per 2 se 3 minute Tak Fri kijiye ye uske bad thoda sa idhar udhar karne ke bad usko ko 6se 7 minute Tak medium heat per paka lijiye Dhyan rakhiye ga medium hit padh rakhna hai uske bad usko oil se utha lijiye or lijiye aapka tasty tasty crunchy chicken pakoda ready.Ek plate mein serve kijiye .
